The Kipy team’s response to frequently asked questions.

Kipy will notify you 30 days before and then 15 days before the expiry date of a document. You will then have the necessary time to renew it.

You will receive email notifications or push notifications depending on what you have set on the App.

Remember, if you deactivate all notifications, you will not be notified about the expiry date of your documents.

All documents with an expiry date of less than two months can be found in the ‘Expiring Documents’ section of the Home page.
This way, you can easily find them and always have them under control.

In addition, you have the option of adding Kipy-managed deadlines to your smartphone calendar so that you always have them at your fingertips along with your daily tasks.

Yes, you can disable notifications at any time.
Go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Push Notifications’ to enable or disable notifications arriving within the app. Select with “Email Notifications” to enable or disable notifications that arrive at the email address you registered with.

Remember that you will only receive important notifications from Kipy!
If you disable them all, you will no longer be notified about the expiry date of your documents.

Yes, just go to , select ‘Calendar deadlines’ and click on ‘Add to my calendar’. You will then be able to synchronise all your document deadlines with your phone’s calendar so that you have the deadlines of your daily life in one place and at your fingertips.
