That is why we protect your privacy and safeguard the security of your documents. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ‘GDPR’.

We constantly strive to ensure compliance with the principles of integrity, availability and confidentiality of the data we hold. We take care of our platform in all its components, keeping it up-to-date, always available, and not accessible to unauthorised parties.

We carry out recurrent activities to identify possible vulnerabilities within the source code. We thus ensure, if necessary, that they are resolved in the shortest possible time.

We constantly monitor possible threats and reserve the right to implement measures and improvements following a thorough risk analysis.

We firmly believe that security is a prerequisite for offering our users a valuable service. This is why we chose to develop Kipy in the cloud: to benefit from the visibility, scalability and perimeter protection guaranteed by the provider. A choice made in compliance with the most stringent information protection requirements and standards.

Your personal data and documents are encrypted. No one can see them in the clear except you.

Access to the app is protected by a personal pin code or biometric recognition.
